Dear Sir or Madam

First of all let me introduce myself, I am Elisabet Mart and I have a Pharmacy Bachelor and a Master of Pharmaceutical and Biotechnological Industry (50% of the master was taught in English). I had been working for the last three years as a Lab Technician in a Biotechnological company where I learnt so much, for example: to work in small group and also independently, organize my work, work with office package, under pressure, with deadlines and with extremely accuracy and detail and under GLPs.

On the other hand, I always wanted to have work experience abroad, this is one of the reasons why I decided to move to London and look for job as a Pharmacy Dispenser. Moreover, because I like to help people and I enjoy trying to solve customers problems.

Furthermore, I have a good character, I am always in a positive mood, I am sociable, calm and optimistic, and I enjoy spending time with others and learning about new issue. Finally, I am well-organize hard-worker and a fast learner.

Besides I dont have experience as a Pharmacy Dispenser, I worked many times with the public in different situations, so I know how to deal with clients and show empathy for more them. A proof of that it is that right now I am working as a waitress in a High quality restaurant in the centre of London.

Moreover, I have good English skills, recently I did the TOEFL exam and I got a 102, in addition I have been accepted to study the one-year Postgraduate - NGO Management in Cass Business School in London (+ one extra year: Marketing and Fundraising), that will start on October and it is one Friday and Saturday a month. I am Spanish; therefore this is an extra skill.

I would like to mention too, I am volunteering in a NGO called Health Poverty Action two days a week. I am involved in the Policy and Campaign Department.
